| | Morning Breakfast Apricot Bread 1 Egg
1 c Sugar
2 tb Butter; melted
2 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Orange juice
1 c Floured cut up dried apricots
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Beat together egg, sugar, butter. Mix in to mixture flour, baking
soda, baking powder, salt, alternating with water, and orange juice.
Stir in apricots and nuts. Place in greased pan. Bake in an oven at
350 degrees for
1 hour.
