| Sourdough Batter Bread 2 c Whole wheat starter
1 tb Raw honey
1 tb Unrefined oil
1 ts Sea salt
2 tb Soy flour
3 To 4 cups whole wheat flour
Feed the starter the night before. Stir all ingredients together
except the flours. Mix dry ingredients and slowly beat into the
batter. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf
pan. Let rise until better is just over tim of pan. Bake 50 minutes
at 350 degrees.
