| Carrot Cherries and Coconut Bread 2/3 c Coconut milk
2 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
1/3 c Carrots; grated
12 Maraschino cherries; chopped
2/3 ts Salt
1 1/3 tb Sugar
2 1/2 tb Flaked coconut
1/3 ts Cinnamon
2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1/3 c Walnuts; chopped
Add as directed for your machine. Add walnuts at the beep. Great
toasted for breakfast.
NOTE: Regular milk can be substituted for coconut milk.
