| | Coconut Rice 300 ml Coconut milk
600 ml Water
1 Stalk lemon grass; bruised
1/2 ts Salt
275 g Thai jasmine rice
Put the coconut milk, water, lemon grass and salt into a pan and bring to
the boil. Stir in the rice and simmer, half covered for 20 minutes. Remove
from the heat, cover completely and leave 5 minutes. Discard the lemon
grass, fluff up the rice with a fork and serve. | |
