| | Cold Rice Salad 1 cup raw rice, cooked and cooled
1 can small Shrimp
1 cup minced celery
1 cup minced pimento and chives to taste
1 minced shallot (optional)
1 bottle Green Goddess, creamy Italian, or buttermilk salad dressing
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
