| Confetti Rice 1 cn Beef broth; (14.8 oz)
1 cn French onion soup; (10.78 oz)
2 tb Butter
1 pk Brown & wild rice mix; (8 oz)
1 c Long grain rice; (uncooked)
1 c Chopped bell peppers; (red, yellow & green)
1/2 c Sliced green onion
1/2 c Pine nuts; toasted (optional)
1 ts Salt
In a large saucepan, combine broth, onion soup and butter. Stir in rice mix
with seasoning packet and long grain rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in peppers and onions. Sprinkle with nuts. Yield: 6 servings.
