 Crab and Rice Primavera

1 1/2 cups Birds Eye broccoli, green beans, pearl onion, and peppers frozen vegetables
1/4 cup water
1 1/3 cups milk
3/4 lb. Imitation Crab Meat
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 cups minute rice

Bring vegetables and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 3 minutes. Add milk, Crab Meat, margarine, garlic powder, and basil. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
