| | Crab shrimp Rice 1 cup Crab, drained
3 cups cooked rice
1 chopped green pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cans Shrimp, drained
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine first 7 ingredients together. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, soup and lemon juice, add the rice mixture. Bake covered for 30 minutes, sprinkle top with 1 (6 oz.) package slivered almonds (or potato chips, crushed, or bread crumbs). Bake uncovered at 325 F for 20 minutes.
Can be mixed the day ahead, cover and refrigerate. Can use Tuna or other fish.
